Peak Flow Tribe collects only the information needed to register you for the live masterclass, confirm your payment, and send class reminders.
Information we collect
During registration, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, role, learning challenge, payment references, and campaign attribution details. We use this to reserve your seat, send joining details, and provide relevant class updates.
Payments
Payments are processed through a dedicated payment provider. The app verifies payment signatures, order status, amount, and currency on the server before a registration is marked as paid. We do not store full card details.
Email reminders
We send confirmation and reminder emails for the masterclass. Email processing is protected so it cannot be triggered by public visitors, and internal email queues are not exposed through the website.
Data access controls
Registration records, email jobs, event logs, role records, rate-limit records, and cron tokens are protected by backend access rules. Public visitors can only read non-sensitive masterclass settings needed to render the landing page.
